AI Researcher

We are a fast-paced AI startup building legal AI to help lawyers draft and review contracts more efficiently, directly in Microsoft Word. Our customers include law firms and in-house legal teams. We are looking for a talented AI researcher to join our Engineering team.

About the Role:

As an AI Researcher, you will work on designing, implementing, and improving AI models for real-world legal applications. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and legal experts to deliver reliable and efficient AI solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and refine AI models for contract drafting and review.
• Fine tune LLMs (like GPT and Claude) using legal domain data.
• Collaborate with other engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Stay informed on state-of-the-art LLMs.

What You Have:

• At least 4 years of experience in AI.
• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field.
• Experience with NLP techniques and familiarity with LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A practical mindset, with experience applying research to solve real-world problems.
